Children's prices per day
- Children up to 5 years (born from 2019 - 2024): € 28,00
- 6 - 12 years: € 58,00
- 13 - 15 years: € 84,00
When reserving a family room (rooms with a connecting door, at least 2 adults and 2 children), when reserving a separate room for the children or when occupying 1 adult and 1 child up to 15 years in a double room, we charge € 95.00 per child and day (apart from the main season).

- Unsere Inklusivleistungen beginnen um 15:00 Uhr am Anreisetag und enden um 10:00 Uhr am Abreisetag
- Bei Benützung der Wellnessoase Wald-Spa und des Badebereiches Wald-Bad am Abreisetag berechnen wir eine Gebühr von € 15,00 pro Person
- Die Benützung des Wellnessbereiches (Nacktbereich) ist für Kinder unter 14 Jahren nicht gestattet
- Gerne können Sie Ihre Rechnung in bar, mit EC- bzw. Maestro-Card oder Kreditkarte (Visa, Mastercard) begleichen
- Check-In: Ihr Zimmer ist am Tag der Anreise ab 15:00 Uhr bezugsfertig
- Check-Out: Wir bitten Sie das Zimmer am Tag der Abreise bis 10:00 Uhr freizumachen

Our cancellation conditions for summer 2023
- Up to 2 months before arrival with processing fee of € 30,00.
- From 2 months until 1 month before arrival we will charge 30% of the travel price.
- From 1 month until 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival or in case of early departure we charge 90% of the travel price.
To ensure you always stay on the safe side, we recommend you take out travel insurance.
Note: In case of refund of your already payed deposit we charge a processing fee of € 20,00 for the cancellation (Exception:cancellation due to corona)
