When reserving a family room (rooms with a connecting door, at least 2 adults and 2 children), when reserving a separate room for the children or when occupying 1 adult and 1 child up to 15 years in a double room, we charge € 146.00 per child and day (except main season).

Discounts and supplements
- Plus local taxes of € 2.50 per person per day from 16 years
- Single room supplement: € 25,00 per day
- Deduction for bed and breakfast: € 10.00 per person and per day
Good to know
- Our inclusive services begin at 15.00 on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 on the day of departure
- If using the wellness oasis and the bathing area on the day of departure, we will charge a fee of € 15.00 per person
- Children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the wellness area (naked area)
- You can pay your bill in cash, with EC or Maestro Card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Check-in: Your room will be available from 15.00 on the day of arrival
- Check-out: We kindly request that you vacate the room by 10.00 on the day of departure
- If you are arriving after 19.00, please send us a short telephone message (+43 3687 614 87)
- Unfortunately, pets are not permitted

Our cancellation conditions for Winter 2023/2024
Our cancellation conditions for Winter 2023/2024
- Up to 2 months before arrival with processing fee of € 30,00.
- From 2 months until 1 month before arrival we will charge 30% of the travel price.
- From 1 month until 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival or in case of early departure we charge 90% of the travel price.
To ensure you always stay on the safe side, we recommend you take out travel insurance.
Note: In case of refund of your already payed deposit we charge a processing fee of € 20,00 for the cancellation (Exception:cancellation due to corona)
