Winter rates 2026/2027

• Our inclusive services begin at 15.00 on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 on the day of departure
• If using the wellness oasis and the bathing area on the day of departure, we will charge a fee of € 15.00 per person
• Children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the wellness area (naked area)
• You can pay your bill in cash, with EC or Maestro Card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Check-in: Your room will be available from 15.00 on the day of arrival
• Check-out: We kindly request that you vacate the room by 10.00 on the day of departure
• If you are arriving after 19.00, please send us a short telephone message (+43 3687 614 87)
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted

• Up to 2 months before arrival with processing fee of € 30,00.
• From 2 months until 1 month before arrival we will charge 30% of the travel price.
• From 1 month until 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
• In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival or in case of early departure we charge 90% of the travel price.

To ensure you always stay on the safe side, we recommend you take out travel insurance.

Note: In case of refund of your already payed deposit we charge a processing fee of € 20,00 for the cancellation (Exception:cancellation due to corona)
